Does anybody know the best weight loss pill/drink/gummies etc..and works good ??(I'm not pregnant)

I wouldn’t waste money on stuff like that. Typically they’re diuretics and you only lose water weight. Also, with things like this it’s easier to end up heavier than the starting point.

Portion control and exercise. Hell of a lot cheaper too.
