Does this look like a good diaper bag of stuff for in hospital and leaving hospital for baby girl ? I need ideas if not

Looks good to me! The nipple confusion thing is not true. My sons had a paci day 1 and breastfed fine and same with a lot of people I know. If you want to only breastfeed I'd avoid bottles the first month though if possible.
If you’re planning to breastfeed I would advise against bringing any pacis to avoid the temptation of using them which can lead to nipple confusion in the first few days/weeks. But if you’re going to formula feed it looks like a good assortment of stuff, but also what they said^ maybe bring the wipes for the car ride home, but don’t bother bringing diapers they’ll provide plenty!

@alisha_byers, idk I am gonna try a paci right away with this one bc both my girls are terrible thumb suckers. Even my OBGYN told me not to worry. I tried w my second but she still didn’t care for the paci.
Normally no, but some of them do. And they give you a sample of the lanolin cream for your nipples
Id check with them to make sure but possibly. My hospital provided nursing pads and every other postpartum essential.

You can leave the Pampers & wipes at home the hospital normally give you more than enough. & mittens idk if you'll use those to prevent baby from scratching her face.

Just make sure your car seat is installed properly and educate yourself on strapping her in securely. I never had a nurse pay much attention to how my babies were strapped in.
