Does anyone know what a good glucose level is 3 hours after a meal in pregnancy? I’m so upset about having to do the 3 hour glucose test that I decided to check my blood glucose level and it was 110, which my grandparents think is perfect but I don’t know what’s acceptable for pregnant women.

ohh okay. The last person to have it in my family was my great grandma but she isn’t around anymore.

@kimberly_the-preemie-mom try as best as you can not to stress. I know it's easier said than done. But stress increases blood sugar levels.

110 is still high for 3 hours after, I have to be under 130 at 1 hour

Lots of my family members have diabetes and anything under 130 is normal blood sugars. Even if it had been a few hours after eating, 130 and under are perfect sugars
