My son will be 2 in nov. I introduced the potty at about 15 months but I’m really wanting to crack down on this and really work w him. Any advice or tips would be helpful!

Let him lead the way. If he isn't ready it won't matter how hard you try.

Exactly what @bodybycheetos said if you force it it will be harder in the long run slow and easy let him lead the way
