My best friend was 10 months post partum, on the mini pill and breastfeeding. Went in for an ultrasound to get fitted for an iud and found out she was 24 weeks pregnant. She’s never gotten a period while breastfeeding, so it was never missed. She’s now 34 weeks with her 4th kid
