Your choice of seasons. I use salt,pepper garlic salt,and season salt. 2 cups of flour. Over chicken with flour all over. While you are seasoning your chicken and basin it with flour get the cooking grease hot. Once the oil is hot and chicken is well season and based put the chicken in the grease. Chicken will float up to the top when its done. It should look golden brown and crispy Good luck
