Contractions with my oldest and the other three were C-sections the recovery for me was the worst.

Contractions. My son was stuck and with every contraction, he literally slammed into my pelvic bone. My doctor said I had a narrow pelvis and thought I was going to need a c section. On top of the contraction pain, it felt like I was hitting my funny bone over and over.

Contractions, and what they called it the “ring of fire” when they crown and it feels like your insides are burning from the inside out 😭😭

Absolutely the contractions. Transition is the rest. Luckily it doesn’t last too long for me.
