That He's Definitely Doing So He's Not Dehydrated. Just Gave Him Some Pedialyte So Hopefully That Stays Down.

He's too young for anything. I would call your pediatrician or go to urgent care. Especially if he has a fever too

He Had A Low Grade Fever Friday Of 99.0 Then Yesterday It Was 99.5.

He needs to have at least one regular pee diaper every 6 hours. If not, he’ll need to be seen in the ER for fluids.
