Throwing up and nauseous, I’m having jabbing and stabbing pain in my belly button area 😫 what could this be? I haven’t had my period for a month or 2 but the tests seem faint.

I would do that especially if your that late & having faint positives this way you know for sure what's going on ...sounds like pregnancy symptoms though
