@vsmith0924 honestly I wouldnt put much stock in that just because you just coming off BC. But keep taking your OPK and just watch for that peak. I highly recommend premom for tracking the OPK and keeping record of everything.

I just saw you were on BC recently? That will throw your cycles off, keep taking your OPK but dont be surprised if it isnt "normal" timing. Your OPK really look like you've still got some hormones in your system from the implant/pill, give it some time.

It means you have a big follicle on your right ovary. the fact that it is dominant means that that's the one that will likely release the egg during ovulation. Follicles get way bigger than that and if you havent gotten a positive opk yet it's because it's still growing.

@vsmith0924 just keep at it, the fact that they could identify it as dominate should be a good sign. I remember googling once the rate they grow compared to when they would ovulate but it was a while ago and it just made me more anxious. Keep testing at your same time and I'll send some baby dust!
