Idk know anymore if I’m just pregnant or I’m depressed.
My last pregnancy I cried a lot but knew I wasn’t depressed and knew why I was crying. But now it like I’m waking up to bad days or my day randomly turns bad.
I worry about having postpartum when I didn’t last pregnancy...
Last thing I want to do is bring it up to my doctor. I don’t want them to assume I’m depressed and that I need meds or something.

You should bring it up to your doctor. It could very well just be hormones, but it’s always best to discuss that with your doctor so that you have the support you need. I suffered from postpartum depression for 13 months before I told anyone, and I really wish I had spoken up sooner. These feelings could all go away postpartum for you, once your hormones start to regulate a bit, but if they don’t at least your doctor will be aware and be able to discuss ways of dealing with it which hopefully don’t require meds because that doesn’t seem to be the route you want to take. Sending positive vibes and love your way! ❤️❤️

I do appreciate your post.
I’m just scared to.
I feel vulnerable and don’t know how to deal with it ....
A fear I have is if it’s not depression and talk it into existence just because the doctor says I have it.
I’m paranoid about it badly .
But u make a valid point and because u been there I feel I should listen to your advice....
I feel like I feel every insecurity and when my faults are brought up I truly break down and feel like a shit person and start harboring guiltiness...
