I didn’t see anything stupid or anyone catching an attitude. Her question was legit when she asked why you made the post if you felt you were right. Normally people will post and ask if they’re right or wrong so they can get other points of views and to take into consideration the other opinions points of views. If I’m dead set on something and I’m not going to change my mind no matter what someone says, I’m not going to post asking if I’m wrong or right because I don’t need that validation. If I am uncertain if I’m right or wrong I’ll post and ask for opinions. Maybe someone will offer a point of view that will make me see I’m wrong or change my view.

@athenia823, that’s not how social media works or life works. You made a post and asked if you were wrong for your opinion. Of course people are going to comment and some have different opinions. Nobody on there said anything stupid. You just don’t agree with what she said. That’s going to happen a million more times in your life. If you feel you’re right in a situation, don’t go looking for validation confirmation. It’s just going to upset you when someone challenges your opinion.

I didn’t see anything blatantly stupid, if you’re talking about your bike post. Folks just have different opinions, and that’s okay.
If my two cents matter, I agree with you that your child shouldn’t have to share his bike if it is special to you guys. But you should probably put it out of sight if you have family visiting so there’s no hurt feelings when they aren’t allowed to ride it.
