Bean?. Where have I been...🤷‍♀I must try this I like Chorizo an eggs with potato but beans sounds much better.

Im also making chorizo.. But im making mine with eggs and refried beans on the side with some flour tortillas 👌

Cook the chorizo first then add the beans and then use a potatoes masher mixing once in a while if they’re coming out too dry use the left over liquid from the beans to adjust the consistency I usually add some cheese to mine

Frijoles puercos? I just blend beans and (soy) chorizo with some queso fresco
