I couldn't be more upset today. I received a letter on Friday stating that my insurance never received my payment from the beginning of June but they weren't open so I couldn't call and fix it. I called today and they told me that they disenrolled me from the insurance and now I'm 7 months pregnant and don't have insurance. I don't even know what to do 😭 #myfirstpost

I would call back and speak to someone else. Let them know you received the notice too late and called as soon as it was possible. Something about that seems odd. Sorry that happened to you. 😕 do you have record that you ever submitted a payment? That might be helpful. A confirmation number, copy of a check, etc?

The recurring payment was on our card but I just got our bank statement and it shows that it didn't go through even though there was money in the account. But they waited until the 13th to send a letter which the payment should have been taken out of our account the first week of the month. We didn't receive the letter until the 28th and the lady said that it's not their fault because they sent it out on the 13th and we should have known that.

I would still call back and speak to someone else. Do you have an email confirmation or anything that verifies you had recurring payments set up? How come you didn’t receive it until the 28th? Was it an issue with the post office? Does the envelope have a date stamped on it? I think it’s bull crap that they would just cancel it over one missed payments when anyone can make a mistake. I would keep calling and raise hell with them.
