Anyone ever use baby knee pads? We have hardwood floors and sissy’s knees are so bruised from crawling around the house

I used these for my daughter when she was crawling! They were a life saver. If the baby is chunky go up a size though so they don't pinch

I'm scared. I was cleaning the litter box and I fell backwards and pulled my back and twisted my knee. my back hurts bad and I'm 3 months pregnant. should I go to the hospital?

I used knee pads on my oldest because we have tile and I felt like it was much safer. My youngest was bruised on his knees but refused to let them stay on so he wore sweat pants constantly
