I keep mine on 73 or 74, I get hot flashes a lot and then I'll get really cold. I haven't been taking my thyroid pills right so I'm sure mine are out of whack at the moment!
sorry it's broke girl! hopefully they get it fixed soon. so glad you have window units in the kids room. if you can, maybe put one of the units in the living room and open all the doors. see if it cools the rest of the house

I haven’t even used mine and it’s been in the 90s here 🤣 only perk of hypothyroid. Iv kept my kids cooled off in the pool and stuff till dark

Unfortunately my bf put the ac unit in the kitchen window instead of the dining room window. Sucks cause he won’t move it since he cut his hand on it.
