At that rate she will become dehydrated rather quickly. If she isn’t wetting a diaper every 6 hours, she’ll need to be seen in the ER to get fluids.

Don't wait, call the pediatrician tomorrow. If they're formula fed, she may need a switch in formula. If you nurse or pump, it may be something you're eating that's not agreeing with her. Allergies are common at her age and stomach issues are also common. 9oz isn't enough, especially in summer. Is she having movements and frequent wet diapers?

Thank you ladies for your advice. @cams @snarfyk I went to the ER with her this morning. They said she was slightly dehydrated but not to the point where they felt medical intervention was necessary. They told me to continue feeding her smaller amounts more frequently and if there were no results or her condition worsens within the next week or 2, follow up with her pediatrician and take her to see the GI doctor. For now they said she looks pretty good and her weight wasn't a concern. 🙏🏽

Also, she made me look like a big fat liar because she drank a full 4oz bottle while we were in the ER 😂😂 which she hasn't done in about 2 weeks 😂🤦🏽‍♀️
