About how much does your 2 and half month old eat? I mainly breastfeed but occasionally do formula if I’m not home or someone else has his. He will eat 4oz at a time and then act starving after that

My son was drinking 4 oz at a month old. Then he went through a phase where he wasn’t eating much. And right now he drinks 4 oz for the most part but sometimes 6. I nurse as well but I have low supply

I BF but he has had a bottle a couple times.... He will do 4oz.... Just depends. Idk if it's different with formula but about 1oz to 1½ for every hour they haven't eaten is normal. Idk if that makes sense. I'ma if they are hungry feed him kinda mom tho. 😆

my 3yr olds aren't even 30lbs yet! My chunkiest one is like 27lbs! 😆😂 My baby is catching up to them!

Eric will be 3mo on the 2nd, and for the last 3 weeks he’s been eating 4/5oz every 2 hours

It’s because he’s used to nursing and is mad when the bottle is empty. When he’s nursing then it’s an endless flow. Whoever is taking care of him will have to find other ways to put him to sleep or occupy him. Either a pacifier or rocking, or maybe go on a walk. My son started sucking his thumb around 5-6 months and that’s his way to self soothe. He is not starving, he is just mad.

@llcoolkay, I usually breastfeeding him in between. Or I alternate between formula and breastmilk
