Weird picture. But anyone know why his tongue is like this. He has a couch and his doctor said an upper respiratory infection. He also has an ear infection. His tongue has looked like this since yesterday

yes! My daughter got bronchiolitis and had to use a nebulizer. It caused her to have thrush. She was almost 3. If he's on antibiotics I think that can cause it too. We were giving medication to out on it and had to give her Activia yogurt to help rebuild the good bacteria in her system.
