Im supposed to have surgery to have a umbilical hernia removed on tuesday i dont no if i want to go in for it cuz i keep thinking its going to make me not be able to have more kids and i want more kids have any one ever had this done and got pregnant after the surgery if so can i hear people stores plz I'm just stuck on what to do

Hernia surgery is actually a repair not removal. All they are going to do is put the muscles back together. It will have no effect on your fertility. Hernias are very common after pregnancy surgery or injury. If they are left untreated it can cut off blood supply. Then it would turn into an emergency surgery in which they would have to remove whatever is herniated(pieces of intestines are common).
i had that surgery when i was like 7 & im pregnant now idk if its different when you're older
I had one when I was about 4 or something. I was still able to have my kids. I dont know if the age makes a difference.
No but they called me the other day but i dont see my doctor again to the week after surgery

Repairing a defect in your muscle wall has nothing to do with your reproductive system.
