had my little man tuesday by c section due to being breech can't believe how tiny he is weighed 6lb 1oz. any helpful tips for a nice speedy recovery would be very greatful

Keep mobile and keep yourself straight. Don’t lift anything but your baby and take all the help.

I was moving normally by about 4weeks, mild discomfort and just resting when my body said. This was section number 2 as well

Best thing I can say is just listen to your body, it’s does get easier to move and walk as the days go by. I was told by a midwife after having a shower (I was told to use an antibacterial soap) to dry the scar with a hair dryer set on cool to dry the area, try and let it get as much air as possible (I’d just lay on my bed airing it for like 5mins while lil man slept 😂) xx

no probs hun, ah yeah mine were the same lol it weren’t till we got home and different ones came out to see lil man and check my scar that I got told anything about looking after it lol. The only thing I got told in hospital was to not carry anything heavier then lil man and to still do my pelvic floor exercises xx
