Anyone know a good pumping schedule? I'm just looking to build a freezer stash so I can go out and leave Violet with her dad. With Henry I didn't need to since we lived in KY with no family around or friends really so I never had the chance to go out. I don't need a huge stash, I don't plan on being gone for more than 5 hours total ever. Mainly just going to get pedicures or something like that or out shopping/to lunch with my MIL/SILs. It would also be handy for if Stephen and I want to go out to dinner or something. Ive got about 20oz stored at the moment since ive not pumped in about a week( shell be two weeks tomorrow), been too lazy and not feeling well. And she's been cluster feeding so there's been little time between feeds.

When I pumping to build a small stash, I would just add in an extra session between nursing, usually in the morning. So for example, if I nursed 8x a day, I’d squeeze in a 9th session just with the pump. Depending on your supply, you may or may not need to add in that many extra sessions on top of what you’re already doing.
I also had the Madela and I pumped for a year and nursed for a little over 2.5.
