Second night in a row where my heart feels like its beating fast and hard. Literally just sitting here and it does that. And im extremely hot and out of breath. Debating on what to do. This sucks.

I had pregnancy induced panic attacks that sound familiar. Basically the doctor told me to cut my second cup of coffee in the day and otherwise to just ride them out. He said the increase of blood flow in the body can actually cause panic attacks in women. I just remember it being a scary feeling and not in control of my own body. I hope whatever it is ends for you soon!

I agree. It sounds like a panic attack. I had couple when I was pregnant. Didn’t have them before & haven’t had them since.

Yeah it can happen. One of mine happened while i was at jury duty in court. Didn’t feel any type of way, just sitting there listening and it hit outta nowhere.

It’s normal I had it happen with my last 3 pregnancies. It was scary but your heart has to pump more blood so it’s pumping faster.

I had that With my pregnancy’s I had to do a heart monitor and go on heart medication because I kept passing out. I would mention to doctor to be safe.

I definitely experienced that or something very similar with my last pregnancy as well. I'd be lying in bed falling asleep and suddenly my heart would start pounding, blood would rush through my ears, would get short of breath... it was so weird. Talked to doc about it and he said it was normal with pregnancy. They came and went very abruptly, and when pregnancy was done I stopped having them.
