Mommas, my lower back pain is through the roof....other than heating pad or tylenol, what are some helpful ideas to relieve it?
try some lower back stretches during pregnancy. easy search on youtube. also try sleeping with a pillow between your legs if you aren't already
Just got finished with some stretches actually but still need something else as well & yea i already do 😬 ughhh thank you very much though ! Im just gunna sit here and cry about it hahaha jk
The best sleep position during pregnancy is “SOS” (sleep on side). Even better is to sleep on your left side. Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent, and put a pillow between your legs.
This helped my back pain when I was pregnant. I also did stretches and went to a chiropractor. My son ended up coming out face up so I had horrible back labor. Nothing ever got rid of the pain but the above things helped some. Good luck mama!! Hang in there!!
