Apple juice, pears, and coconut oil poop candy (I have the recipe if you’re interested) helped my daughter. If I was really desperate and she was really miserable I would give her 2 pieces of sugar free chocolate, the sugar alcohol in it acts as a laxative and she would go within a hour or two.

I would give my daughter 3 or 4 dried prunes and later she’d let it rip 😂
