@aylenrose, ok is that good for you? Or are you looking to increase your supply? I see your baby is only 1 month so I don’t know if your supply has regulated or it’s still increasing? Personally for me, I was getting 8-9 oz first thing in the morning when my son was young and now I’m getting about 6-6.5 oz. He’s always slept thru the night through so I don’t feed him during the night. I’m not sure if you do.

@2sweetie it's good in my opinion I have a small baby and she only eats about 2oz per feeding. My supply has slowly been increasing and my lactation consultant suggested taking a picture each morning of my supply to see it increase and to see where I am at.

@aylenrose, oh ok that’s good! But if you’re exclusively breastfeeding then you don’t even need to pump. Your baby will always get more out than the pump. Just keep nursing frequently and your supply will be fine. I nursed my son every hour during the first 4 months.
