Are you still at the hospital? What have the doctors said? Newborns can have trouble regulating their temperatures but 101.3 is something to speak to the doctors about.

Just keep an eye on your temp and any pain from your uterus. If it keeps up you may want to get checked out. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I blame the wine 🤣

If your breasts get engorged and stay that way for too long you may get mastitis. I have had it 3 times. 1st time was caused by me taking fenugreek, I didn’t get engorged but I did get a clogged duct that became infected (mastitis) and needed antibiotics. 2nd time was caused by more milk tea... same deal. 3rd time I caught it early and was able to deal with it at home, that one was caused by the first night my second son slept through the night. Hot showers, hand expressing, massaging the hot spot while nursing and pumping, hot wash cloths and it was gone in a little over 48 hours never progressed to the point I needed to see a doctor.

I ran 102 degree temperature from infections in my breasts. It happened twice so my doctor had me get an ultrasound done and I have a cyst in my breast that acts up and causes me to run a fever. It’s a pretty common thing. If it keeps happening, I’d get an ultrasound done
