Tips for getting baby to sleep in a bassinet? He hates having his hands swaddled away from his face.. so he moves quite a bit in his sleep. Right now he’s cosleeping in a snuggle me between my husband and I. But I would like to move him to the bassinet.

I just got my son to sleep in his crib and pack and play prior to he would sleep with me
@kinsey_66, Yes and no. I did get her a pack n play she started sleeping in it at about 5 months, but she was sleeping in my bed when she was teething, cranky or just wanted me. She’s almost 2, and been sleeping in her own bed since a year old.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
okay I can't be mad at him right now. he moves alot in his sleep and isn't really supportive during my pregnancy but he moved like this while he is asleep and it's just one of those moments that make it all worth it. arian started kicking his hand.
Instead of buying a bassinet could my baby sleep in a pack and play beside my bed or a rock and play,until I feel safe with him sleeping in his crib in another room? I see no need in buying a bassinet when he will only be able to sleep in it for a few months anyways. No rude comments! 😀
Okay mommas, this is our second night home and little Ryder refuses to sleep in his bassinet. I’ve tried swaddling, feeding him before bed so he isn’t hungry, tried 3 different pacifiers, laid him down awake and asleep. Any ideas?? I just don’t know how else to get him to sleep in his bassinet and not in my arms at night.

My newborn refuses to sleep in his bassinet.... he only falls asleep on his bouncy chair and it doesn't bounce cuz I have it on my recliner..... I heard it's bad for them to sleep on it but he has been fighting it and only falls asleep on the bouncy.... he likes the feeling of being held..... so it seems like he is being help on the bouncy..... the second I put him on the bassinet or crib....HE WAKES UP.... no what do I do ????
Scarlette co slept with us for the first month and a half , every since then she has been in a bassinet and sleeping through the night.. she hated co sleeping with us, she was up all the time, it was rough. She loves her own bassinet. It's right beside me. Next month I'm transitioning her to the crib in her room, she takes her daytime naps in there now as I'm trying to get her used to it !
