So my brother is going to the beach in a couple weeks!
Tinley has been wanting to go, but where I was on maternity leave and got behind on bills, I’m trying to get everything caught up so I can take her.
My brother said he would take her when he goes.
Their staying a week with his fiancés family.
Tinley has never stayed away from me longer than two days, and she’s never spent the night with my brother.
After two days at my moms Tinley cries to come home, sometimes she doesn’t even last a night and she has my mom to call me so I can pick her up.
I wouldn’t mind her going, but I’m afraid she’ll cry wanting to come home, and thinking about my baby being by/In the ocean with me, makes me extremely nervous an scares.
Not sure if I should send her or not.
I plan on trying to take her in August.
This would also be her first trip that she would actually enjoy, I took her at a month old.

Are you able to do a trial night with your brother beforehand? I would personally just keep her if you wouldn't be able to go get her and it's a high possibility she'll need to come home. She's still little and it would be scary to have to stay somewhere unfamiliar without you. She can always go when you can take her!

I would wait until August so you can take her. I wouldn’t trust anybody to watch my kid around water. I might be over protective because I saved a kid from the ocean with a WHOLE BUNCH OF ADULTS around and no one noticed. I literally had to yell ‘whose fucking kid?!’
