We did the recommended 6 months and did BLW. It was fantastic and such a relaxed way to let little one explore foods and textures.

Recommended age is 6 months but even at that age some babies still aren’t ready until the 8th month so if baby isn’t presenting all of the signs to show that they are ready, don’t be too concerned 😊

We waited to the recommended 6 months, but they wouldnt eat very much if at all until around 8 months(they were 6 months adjusted, since they were born two months early)
