Does anyone else pull their kids car seat apart and wash it i mean all of it the straps the actual had part of the seat everything because my husband thinks I’m crazy. Also how often do you do it

Nope haven't done it yet, I'm scared. And it can only be hand washed, who has time for that crap lol

I only do it when necessary, but I have the zip off seats so it’s super easy. But I also don’t let my son eat in the car so his seat really doesn’t get too messy.

I do it when it's needed. Aubrey's 7 so she isn't messy.

I wash the cover every now and then since I have Chicco Zip off seats. I follow the manufacturer’s instructions though so I only wipe the straps with a soapy sponge. I don’t submerge them because that compromises them.
