Did anyone else experience depression while pregnant? I get moods where I just sit and cry until I can't breath. Nothing will trigger it. I just wake up and cry about literally nothing. And then other days I'm completely fine.

I didn’t really have it my last pregnancy but I’m definitely feeling it with this one. It’s happened a few times where I just end up sitting and crying
