I tried breastfeeding so hard it only lasted a month and a half. I’ve tried everything to increase my supply and I feel like stressing over it made it decrease even more. It was to the point where I’d only pump out an ounce every hour so I had to switch to formula. But I’d do anything to feed my baby.
Are you still nursing or is baby now just fed formula? Were you able to get support or help from a LC?

I try to pump 4-5 times a day But lately it’s been coming out a lot slower before it took 20 min to fill both 5oz bottles now it take 35-40 min sometimes I don’t even fill them all way idk if it’s me or the pump is wearing out I revived it as a gift so idk 😐 I will try drinking a lot more water and try eating more oatmeal
I only pump while I’m away from my baby, usually only once. I’ve always seem Ed to have this problem. Try message your breast while pumping. Maybe switch up your settings.

Yesss! lots of water and maybe try pumping so it can send a message to your milk glands to keep producing
Lots of water oatmeal and keep bringing baby to boob to nurse
My supply also dropped at 4months😔. Unfortunately, I tried what I could and it didn’t work. I now only get about 1-2oz A DAY, and feel so defeated. Good luck, I hope you have a better outcome 😊💚.
