What can I use for my little girls skin? I'm hesitant to use coconut oil, both me and my son have a skin sensitivity to it and we break out/get red blotches. So I don't want to risk her having a sensitivity problem to it too. We were gifted Johnson and johnsons lavender baby lotion but that never worked for my son for his dry skin, it seemed to exaggerate he flakiness. What else can I use that won't make her slippery/sticky? Are there any good moisturizing baby washes you could recommend? Her umbilical stump fell off so she can have actual baths now too.

I would recommend you using Cetaphil lotion. It has worked perfectly fine for my son &' I. I've been using it for my newborn too. He's skin isn't flakey anymore.
&' yes she can have an actual bath now. Just make sure that once you clean her up . Get a cotton swab &' clean her bellybutton good. Get anything that might still be stuck in there.

Cetaphil is the best. My daughter also has super sensitive skin and everything except cetaphil would break her out and it’s scent free
