Been up since 4am😭 bt currently working out n then after im done ill have my coffeee in peace while the kids are still asleeep🤷🏻♀️

Ohhh i dnt eat before like 10am . Bt since im up early might as well get this workout over with and then i dnt have to do it while the kids are up( and thats like having a 3hr wrkout when theyr up)😂 cz theyr constantly asking for things or fighting

@momoftwo1, I always wake up around 4-5 am cause that’s when hubby leaves for work and I’ll usually clean up , do homework work out and then eat but I woke up starving for some reason
