if it’s not bothering him, leave it alone. You don’t want to risk making it worse

if it’s cradle cap it’ll go away on its own eventually but if it really bothers you then when you bathe him you can use a very gentle brush to brush his scalp and it’ll loosen it. DO NOT pick at it because you’ll make it painful for him.

Looks like baby acne to me, TOTALLY normal mama. Put some breastmilk on it and let it air dry several times a day and it'll be gone in no time!

My son used to have it . Use baby aquaphor . It will go away in less then a day.
