ANYBODY HELP ME 😩 What is this? His Drs office is closed and taking him to the emergency room will be my next move if I can’t figure out what’s wrong with my baby.

Looks like baby acne to me, TOTALLY normal mama. Put some breastmilk on it and let it air dry several times a day and it'll be gone in no time!
What do you recommend me using to cure it? Is it itchy for him?
@kayhighness, if it’s cradle cap it’ll go away on its own eventually but if it really bothers you then when you bathe him you can use a very gentle brush to brush his scalp and it’ll loosen it. DO NOT pick at it because you’ll make it painful for him.
It may just be a newborn rash. Not sure thou
