Do notttt pump it will create an over supply. Put baby on your breast often and your body will do the rest. Make sure your eating and drinking lots.

Do not pump, wait 6 weeks until your supply regulates if you can!! Milk is supply and demand so feed on demand and your body will produce what baby needs. I have a breastfeeding group here if you want to join!

pump if you can, eat oatmeal, and keep a stash of body armor drinks! It’s what helped me.

I say pump a lot , I love my over supply wouldn’t change it for the world over 4,000 oz currently frozen in my freezer , I took fenugreek pills drink lots of water !
