I get induced Thursday at 5am but I really want to go into labor and delivery tonight. I've been having belly pain/cramping all day on and off. My belly has also been tightening a lot. Really uncomfortable and been hurting.. is it possible I'm in labor?? Not sure if I should go in to get checked tonight or wait it out until my induction date.

Yeah that's the thing I haven't really been timing then since I've been running around all day today. But my stomach is constantly tight and I'm cramping and have belly pain. It's just hard to determine whether to wait it out til Thursday or go get checked. My Dr said I need to go in when contractions are 7-10mins apart because I have to start antibiotics since I'm positive for gbs. I just don't wanna go in too late.. It's stressing me out
@alle2011 oh my gosh totally go then!! It's better to be safe than sorry. Worst case they send you home with peace of mind. Fingers crossed everything goes smoothly for you! I'll have you and baby in my thoughts tonight. 🙏🏻💜
@madhatter yeah I know! It'll be the 3rd time going this pregnancy lol I just hate going and they're like well nothing is happening unfortunately. I'm just worried about not having the full 4hrs of antibiotics ya know? I'll definitely go if it continues and gets worse. But thank you girl!💙
I personally would wait for labor to progress, I wouldn't want to be sent home! Does sound like labor.
That's what I'm trying to do especially since I'm getting induced this Thursday morning. I'd hate to get sent home knowing my luck..

taking my man to get labor simulation done on him this is going to be so funny i cant wait and the best part is my labor was easy and not to painful like it hurt ya but nothing really bad and hes going to hurt like hell lol im already dying and we havent even went yet

My doctor is trying to induce me before 40 weeks because she's going to be off on my due date and says my placenta is starting to look old. How do I get labor started?? I don't want to be induced for no reason and I'm thinking I won't have a choice. Please help. What do I do to get things going?
If it is labor, it's very early. Unless your contractions are meeting the criteria they won't keep you even if you are in labor unless your water is broken or there is a need. I would say start timing the cramps and see if they resemble contractions. If they get close enough go in to get checked. 😊
