Been there. Had a bf I had been friends with sense 6th grade. 3 yrs ago she said she needed $100 for electricity bill and she lived with her mom at the time and I knew her mom would pay me back. Come to find out she used it for drugs and went to the beach somewhere. I contacted her mom because I couldn't get her and she lied to me. So I dropped her. She is in to drugs real bad and has lost custody of her kids not to mention she screwing numerous guys. Now she's just toxic.

I’ve been friends with this girl for almost as long as you were friends with yours and I think that’s what makes it so much more saddening. She’s toxic too though. She loves to make me do things that she knows is gonna cause my SO and me to argue about but yet she chooses her bf over EVERYTHING. I fully support my friends and their relationships but I also try to make sure that I’m not throwing my friends on the back burner because of my SO. She only wants to come around when her bf is out of town working or when she’s trying to force me to go drinking with them and I don’t even drink. She’s just a lot. She took me to her bf’s house (which is my ex) and kept me there until 2 am knowing that my daughter was ready to go home and I had to be up at 4:30 the next morning. She just doesn’t care about anyone or anything if it doesn’t revolve around her or her bf and I’m just exhausted from still being close with her 😩
