I like a playpen for when we visit people for along period of time and if she stayed the night somewhere other then home.  I used it from beginning. High chair is nice when they start sitting up and eating. My mom got mine from a yard sale for 5 bucks.  My playpen came from a friend of hers.

Yeah like i mean i could buy them now used but like idk if it’s pointless to buy them now since they won’t be using it right away or what? I’m not sure what to do really

A sometimes a pack and play can be useful now. But I would definitely wait unless you have the money and storage for a high chair
