Question... Can I give my kitten a bath? He was sitting under AJs high chair this morning during breakfast. I just noticed he's covered in dried syrup😅 I heard bathing them messes with their natural oils. He groom's himself but idk if he can't reach where it's at or what. He looks and feels a mess.

Just give him a bath with warm water and a little bit of dish soap.

Yeah lol we used to give our one cat a bath. He’s got really bad skin. I worked in a grooming salon and we had a few cats who would come in for baths and so many for hair cuts lol just make sure the waters not to hot and careful of the ears and eyes. Water in kitties ears are no fun

Okay. It's mostly on his neck area so I'm gunna try to just get the crud off him and not completely submerge him.

Yes. Like @supermomof4 said. Not sure how old he is but make sure you dry him well! They can't keep their body temperatures.

You should be good with just drying him with a towel. You could always wrap him up and hold him if he'll let you.

that's what I did. He was not a happy camper. Hes cuddled up in the towel now. I figured the dryer would scare him.
