Praying.... To be honest if your body is not ready for labor then there's nothing much you can do about it
Sex and lots of walking helped me. But if baby wants to stay - he-/she will do everything in their power to stay inside lmao even hold onto dear life in there . I been there 😂
You can also ask for a membrane sweep that kicked me into labor but I was 39 weeks so idk if they will do it now but I would ask
Unfortunately unless your baby is ready to be born not much,without medical intervention, will cause you to go into labor 😔 hang in there.

Nothing safe. It will happen at the right time. At 37 weeks you are just term. Those last couple weeks are very important.
