So today I posted a Father’s Day post to my husband.
And .....I tagged my 7 year old sons step mom in a post for his dad bc he doesn’t have fb. This was the post for my sons father which I tagged his girlfriend who I am friends with.
My husband threw his cereal all over the wall and freaked out on me and said it’s extremely inappropriate. What do u all think? We never talk expect Fridays for a time he’s gonna meet me to get our son. He pays his child support. We don’t fight. I never fought with him or his girlfriend. We don’t even communicate unless it’s about my son. I talk to his girlfriend about lots of different things. Sending each other funny memes. She thought it was nice.

He threw his cereal all over the wall?! THAT is the only "extremely inappropriate" thing I see in this situation. HIS behavior. He sounds like he has some serious anger issues

Ya I left when he freaked out on me and when I came home the cereal had been thrown all over the wall. We’re in marriage counseling. And he keeps going on about bringing this up tomorrow. I’m like yea it definitely is being brought up. There was no need for him to act like that.

Sounds like it may be time to rethink this marriage. He is your son's father regardless of what your husband thinks is appropriate. It's spectacular that you have such an amazing relationship with his father and his father's girlfriend. If your husband can't see that then he doesn't deserve you or your son in his life.

Basically. Him and his ex don’t get along and it’s always drama with them. My ex does his own thing and I do mine. It’s like I can’t be normal since he’s not but that’s not my problem. I want my son to see that we can get along and be friendly for him. I swear my husband is jealous that I don’t have all the baggage he does. So he tries to create drama for me.

yes that is a very jealous thing to do😬 and throwing his bowl at the wall is anger issues I would be thinking hard about your relationship🤷♀️hopefully your counseling helps

We saw our marriage counselor and he apologized in there saying he overreacted. I told him if he continues with the anger issues I’m going to leave. Hopefully he checks himself the next time he’s upset. Thanks so much for asking! 💕
