I have been super tired lately and very fatigue like.. I’ll get super dizzy and nauseous while walking. I think it might be my iron? What do you all think. And should I go to the hospital over this. Every time I get this way and get lightheaded it makes me cramp and have back pain

Idk where you live but if you live in high humidity your probably dehydrated

@mommasince2016 if your very concerned . You can always call your hospital. And ask their nurses &' see what they recommend
