Might sound like a silly question but can I use a lidocaine patch while breast feeding? Its 4% lidocaine and says it's a topical anesthetic.

Thank you I googled it but couldn't find much. I pulled a muscle in my back and it hurts so bad idk what to do for it nothing else seems to help
