Yep stay hydrated and don't get too hot. I get in the pool when I get too hot.

Yes, just stay hydrated and take a dip in the pool if you get to hot. Your baby is protected in there.

You’ll be fine. You know when you get too hot, no worries. I got in hot tubs and jacuzzis while pregnant.

So you knew it wasn't safe in the hot tub while pregnant but you did? I'm confused. You are right chillin in thr pool IS fine. I was responding to the hot tub part so SHE will know its not safe just bc others have done it.

@divinely_favored, yeah I knew. Because when I get too hot I get out . Plenty of pregnant ppl go in them. Shits the same as being outside in the heat all day.

It's not the same. Its very dangerous. It raises the bodies core temp quickly and drastically. Being out in the sun does not raise it the same way bc the body can sweat and breathe and cool down. Lots of pregnant women drink. That does not mean its a good idea.

if you saw that online it should also say a pregnant woman’s core temp raises pretty fast, with how far along you are I wouldn’t be in the sun for too long. definitely wear sunscreen and stay hydrated.
