Anyone else have after pains for a long time after childbirth? It's been 2 weeks and I still have trouble walking and getting out of bed because of the pain.

That’s normal. If it’s unbearable, you might want to talk to your doctor. But you’re supposed to take it easy for quite awhile.

@littleonemorning Ok. I don't remember this with my first that's why I'm like help!!! Lol
Harley Quinn ··
yeah! I get it! It’s even harder when you have another child to care for. Just take it easy while you can

@littleonemorning thanks for the tip!

Yeah I was still slow moving, and bleeding. If it seems out of the ordinary I would put a call into the drs office on Monday.

I'm slow moving too. And when I try to get out of bed it hits me hard. Like in my pelvis and lower abdomen. I'm still able to get around but not without discomfort. Did you stay in the house the whole time?
Penelope ··
I tried going to the grocery store at a week and a half, and that was over doing it. Mornings were definitely the worst.

I went to get a gift for Father's Day yesterday and had to cut it short because I wanted to go home and lay down!

It took me 8weeks to heal completely and be my self I had V birth. I don’t know why it’s so hard to heal for me.
Shannon··
Did it make it difficult for you to walk? Being in the house in one room is driving me crazy

Ok this makes me feel better because I've never heard anyone talk about "after pains" or atleast everyone I know seems to be perfectly fine like 24 hours after giving birth lol it's a relief to know I'm not alone
