I wouldn't worry too much if there is no cramping or bleeding. You'd have to hurt yourself pretty badly to hurt your baby.

I'm sorry hun! I would just make sure your feeling baby move around. If your stomach hurts that much definitely call your o/b

At 30 ish weeks you should call your doctors triage line or l&d just to make sure. My mom fell while pregnant with me at 35 weeks and went into labor.

Thats really weird im reading that right now. Because i was just telling my daughters father how i can feel the baby really low. Lower then normal. It was only once. Then i walked upstairs and i could feel her again. I will call though to make sure
