Breastfeeding moms or moms who have breastfed what did you do to maintain supply when your baby started sleeping for longer periods of time? Did you set an alarm and pump in between feedings or still just feed on demand?

I just feed on demand and make sure to drink lots of water so my supply doesn’t drop. I used to pump but not anymore it didn’t work for me

With my first I fed on demand and just let my boobs go overnight to regulate. But I think that's when my supply started dwindling during the day (also when I went back to work). So this time I will probably aim to pump at least once overnight.

I feed on demand and my son is 2 now and he still wants to breastfeed at night but of course I have low milk coming in

Feed on demand and your supply will regulate. My son has always slept thru the night since he was born so I was going 7-8 hours without feeding when he was a newborn and then up to 10 hours by time he was 4 months, and my supply has never been affected. I make plenty, I have a lot in the freezer still and I leave him bottles while I’m at work. You can pump in middle of the night if you want to store it but me I’d rather sleep. Your supply won’t disappear 😂 just make sure you’re nursing regularly throughout the day. If you wake up super full and it’s hard to latch you could always pump out an ounce first, or wake up an hour before baby and pump a tiny bit. That’s what I did in the first few months because I was so full in the mornings.
