Did any of u end up sleeping seperate when pregnant I'm 29 weeks and sharing the bed has gone from being uncomfortable…

Sorry only just seen these replies. I didnt mean me asking him to sleep on the sofa i couldnt do that especially when he has to get up early for wrk and i dnt. (i had to leave work due to high blood pressure and preeclampsia) Ive had a pregnancy pillow since around 15 weeks as struggled then too but now it actually makes me sleep worse.

I spoke to my partner this morning he doesnt actually live here yet hes moving in officially nxt month but he sleeps here most of the week around 4 or 5 nights a week anyway he offered to sleep on the sofa every night hes here and wen he moves in every night ive said no that's not fair as he has wrk and im happy to sleep on sofa its quite comfy his reply was no pregnant mrs of mine is sleeping on a sofa (bless him lol) but managed to talk him round to let me split it with him so til he moves in nxt month hes going to have the sofa on weekends and the nights in the week hes here ill have sofa and wen he moves in he'll have sofa weekends and a day in the week wen on early shifts and more wen hes on late shifts and wen i have my csection he will sleep on sofa while im recovering

Yep get a pregnancy pillow, it will keep him in his place and give you a good night sleep 😁

My husband would laugh and tell me to go to the couch and have all the space I want.😂😂

But anyways I’m right here with you it’s getting quite uncomfortable but I lay with a body pillow because I didn’t like my pregnancy pillow, and it helps to give me some relief. Definitely can’t lay on my back.

With my first my fella slept on the couch every night the further along i got, i was a complete nightmare to sleep next too X

I moved to our spare bed for the last month or so of my first pregnancy because I wasn’t sleeping well and my tossing and turning kept my husband up so I’d go to bed with him and wait for him to fall asleep then sneak out! Xx

With my first pregnancy I would go to the same bed and not manage to sleep so I would sleep on the couch as it was the only place I found comfortable, it had the best angle for my back and heartburn. I didn’t like spare bed or our bed by myself as was still uncomfortable. Husband offered to sleep on couch but it was genuinely where I felt the most comfortable.

With my first pregnancy we did sleep in seperate beds the last couple weeks! We were living with my folks & I only had a small double bed. It was getting so uncomfortable. I'm not sure I could have asked him to sleep on the sofa for that long but we were lucky my parents had spare room with another bed in 🤣
